比重清选机 Gravity Separator

谷物(种子/坚果)经过清理筛把大杂、小杂、灰尘等杂质分离出去后，颗粒大小相同而比重不同，就由比重清选机通过重力的差异来分离，把颗粒大小相同的石块、土块、虫蛀粒、病变粒、发霉粒、秕粒、未成熟粒等杂质分离出来。

例如从可可中分离坯芽破损的可可豆;从杏仁中去壳;从生咖啡豆中去除带壳和开裂的咖啡豆;将茶叶分级;从黑麦中去除患有麦角症的籽粒;花生、榛子、松子等坚果中去除它们的壳、枝和其他杂物。

适合小麦、水稻、玉米、豆类、可可、薏仁、南瓜子、西瓜子、葵花籽、花生、腰果、榛子、核桃、松子、板栗、白果(银杏)、开心果、碧根果、夏威夷果，亚麻籽、巴旦木等颗粒状物料的清选加工。

智能自动化功能：

1、所有动力全部采用伺服、变频电机，大量运用伺服、变频、PLC、上位机等智能自动化技术，再配上各种传感器把检测数据上传给触摸屏，使设备的转速、扭矩、温度、振动频率、空气流量、空气压力、风门角度，纵向、横向角度等参数直观的显示在触摸屏，运行情况一目了然。

2、当设备调整到最佳状态时，相关数据一键保存，下次加工相同种子只需一键恢复，对操作人员的专业技术要求低，无需凭个人经验来使用设备。

3、把手动操作步骤换成伺服电机来执行，操作人员不用跑前跑后，只需在触摸屏上输入相关参数来命令伺服电机，把复杂的事情变为简单。

4、排杂出料口、成品出料口安装高清摄像头，方便管理人员在显示器上查看调整设备后的相关情况。

After grains (seeds/nuts) are cleaned by an air screen cleaner to remove large impurities, small impurities, and dust, materials with the same size but different specific gravity are further separated by the gravity separator based on density differences. It effectively removes stones, soil clods, insect-damaged seeds, diseased seeds, moldy seeds, shrivelled seeds, and immature seeds.

For example, it can separate broken or defective cocoa beans from cocoa; remove shells from almonds; eliminate shelled and cracked coffee beans from green coffee; grade tea leaves; remove ergot-infected grains from rye; and remove shells, sticks, and other impurities from peanuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, and other nuts.

It is suitable for cleaning or grading granular materials such as wheat, rice, corn, beans, cocoa, broomcorn millet, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, pine nuts, chestnuts, ginkgo nuts, pistachios, pecans, macadamia nuts, flaxseeds, and almonds.

Smart Automation Features:

1. All drive systems adopt servo motors and variable frequency motors. Advanced automation technologies such as servo control, VFD, PLC, and HMI (host computer system) are widely applied. Combined with various sensors, real-time detection data is transmitted to the touchscreen, allowing parameters such as speed, torque, temperature, vibration frequency, air flow, air pressure, and damper angle to be clearly displayed on the HMI for full operational visibility.

2. Once the equipment is adjusted to the optimal working condition, the relevant parameters can be saved with one click. For future processing of the same seed type, the settings can be restored with a single command, reducing dependence on operator experience.

3. Manual adjustment steps are replaced by servo-driven control systems. Operators no longer need to move around the equipment; all parameters are input via the touchscreen, making complex operations simple and centralized.

4. HD cameras are installed at the discharge outlets for waste and finished products, allowing managers to monitor real-time operating conditions and output quality via display screens.
