利用风道吸力和筛网筛选的原理,分离谷物、坚果、种子中的枝、梗、轻杂、茎叶、瘪谷、瘦小籽粒、破碎粒等杂质。
通过选配不同规格的筛网,适合小麦、水稻、玉米、可可、咖啡、花生、榛子、松子、葵花籽、豆类、油菜籽、亚麻籽等颗粒状物料的清选加工或分级。
智能自动化功能:
1、所有动力全部采用伺服电机、变频电机,大量运用伺服、变频、PLC、上位机等智能自动化技术,再配上各种传感器把检测数据上传给触摸屏,使设备的转速、扭矩、温度、振动频率、空气流量、空气压力、风门角度等参数直观的显示在触摸屏,运行情况一目了然。

This machine operates based on air aspiration and screening principles to separate impurities such as twigs, stems, light contaminants, straw, husks, shrivelled grains, small seeds, and broken particles from grains, nuts, and seeds.
By selecting different screen sizes, it is suitable for cleaning or grading granular materials such as wheat, rice, corn, cocoa, coffee, peanuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, beans, rapeseed, and flaxseed.
Smart Automation Features:
1. All drive systems adopt servo motors and variable frequency motors. Advanced automation technologies such as servo control, VFD, PLC, and HMI (host computer system) are widely applied. Combined with various sensors, real-time detection data is transmitted to the touchscreen, allowing parameters such as speed, torque, temperature, vibration frequency, air flow, air pressure, and damper angle to be clearly displayed on the HMI for full operational visibility.
2. Once the equipment is adjusted to the optimal working condition, the relevant parameters can be saved with one click. For future processing of the same seed type, the settings can be restored with a single command, reducing dependence on operator experience.
3. Manual adjustment steps are replaced by servo-driven control systems. Operators no longer need to move around the equipment; all parameters are input via the touchscreen, making complex operations simple and centralized.
