谷糙分离机 Paddy Separator

分离稻谷中的糙米，也可以从大米中分离出稻谷，该机利用稻谷与大米比重的差异使谷物“上浮”大米“下沉”，在倾斜凸点的鱼鳞板面推动力作用下，使大米向高处移动，而与板面不接触的稻谷，则在板面往复运动作用下向下移动，达到依质分离分别流出，是稻谷与大米分离最理想的设备。

This machine is used to separate brown rice from paddy, and also to separate paddy from milled rice. It works based on the difference in specific gravity between paddy and rice: paddy “floats” while rice “sinks”. Under the driving force of an inclined, textured (fish-scale patterned) deck surface, the rice moves upward, while the paddy, which does not fully contact the deck surface, moves downward under reciprocating motion. In this way, materials are separated according to their physical properties and discharged separately, making it an ideal machine for rice and paddy separation.
