4、提升机底部设有抽拉式抽屉,方便清理残留物料。
5、张紧装置是螺杆式,通过转动螺母便可使底轮上下移动,从而调整提升带张紧及跑偏现象。关机防倒转保护装置,过载自动离合保护装置。
6、在人目测高度位置设有透明观察孔,顶盖装配泄爆装置,符合安全标准要求。
7、整体具备密封性,不漏料,不逸尘,符合环保标准要求。
8、下料点与出料点装配耐磨材料。

Features
1. Fully assembled with a bolted structure and enclosed dual-leg design, providing an attractive appearance. Suitable for the vertical conveying of free-flowing materials.

3. The elevator belt is made of high-tensile, wear-resistant material, especially suitable for models with lifting heights above 6 meters, ensuring long service life.
4. A pull-out drawer is installed at the bottom of the elevator for convenient cleaning of residual materials.
5. The tensioning device adopts a screw adjustment mechanism. By turning the adjustment nuts, the bottom pulley can be moved up or down to adjust belt tension and correct belt misalignment. The machine is equipped with a backstop device to prevent reverse rotation after shutdown and an automatic overload clutch protection device.
6. A transparent inspection window is installed at eye level for easy observation. The top cover is equipped with an explosion relief device to meet safety standards.
7. The machine features a fully enclosed structure, preventing material leakage and dust emission, and complies with environmental protection requirements.
8. Wear-resistant materials are installed at both the feeding and discharge points.
