T型提升机 T-Type Bucket Elevator

1、全部使用螺栓组合式装配，外观精美。适用于垂直提升流动性较好的物料。

2、机型结构有Z型、C型、T型、多点下料型、多点进料型。

3、上水平段、下水平段的长度可以定制，最长100米。既可提升又可输送。

4、从动轮装配转动监测仪器，感知并反馈运行情况，与自动化控制配套。进料时要求连续、稳定，建议配旋转阀、插板阀、电磁振动给料机等设备配套使用。

1. Fully assembled with a bolted structure, featuring an attractive appearance. Suitable for the vertical conveying of free-flowing materials.

2. Available in Z-type, C-type, T-type, multiple-discharge-point type, and multiple-infeed-point type configurations.

3. The lengths of both the upper and lower horizontal sections can be customized, with a maximum length of up to 100 meters. It can perform both elevating and conveying functions.

4. The driven pulley is equipped with a rotation monitoring device to detect and feedback operating conditions, enabling integration with automated control systems. Continuous and stable feeding is recommended. It is advisable to use supporting equipment such as rotary valves, slide gate valves, and electromagnetic vibratory feeders.
